International Shipping

Yes, we will do out best to ship globally! Our checkout should now have rates for international shipping to the EU, the USA, and the rest of the world. For larger orders that may require additional postage, we’ll contact you after your order has been placed.

Unfortunately, for customers in the United States of America, there is a 10% import tariff now levied on imports from the United Kingdom, payable by the exporter; this percentage will be taken into account at checkout.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, and it’s not been opened, you’re welcome to return it within a month for a full refund.

Shipping Damage

If your order has been damaged in shipping, it can be returned for a full refund, repair if possible, or an exchange if available.
